Our September pairing is classically Fall: Aged Red Apple Dark Balsamic Vinegar Condimento and Roasted Walnut Oil. Our Roasted Walnut Oil is made of slow roasted walnuts and has a warm, nutty flavor, while our Aged Red Apple Balsamic is fruitier than most Balsamics of its type, with a delicate, sweet apple flavor and gorgeous aroma. This Balsamic is wonderful over roasted veggies, drizzled on pork tenders or - when reduced - over ice cream with a side of granola, and works even in a Fall cocktail. Our Walnut Oil is just as versatile, as its richness complements everything from pastas to pastries to grilled meats and side salads, and is especially good as a bread dipper. Swirl them together to make a lively vinaigrette for complex, hearty salads, or as a marinade for tenderloin and pork dishes.
