Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar Condimento
When you cook with balsamic vinegar, you are reaching back to a food tradition that started in the middle ages in Italy. It is produced by reducing white grape juice, then allowing it to ferment slowly to concentrate the flavors. To this ancient traditional product we have added Neapolitan herbs – rosemary, thyme, garlic, sage, and marjoram. The resulting vinegar is intensely flavored with complex herbal notes layered beautifully into the sharp zest of balsamic vinegar; a lush mouthful of flavors to be savored.
